Getting to The Middle of It

Getting to The Middle of It

It can be very tricky to fly to a smaller city in the United States without spending a fortune. One of the common tricks is to get a great discount to a major hub then look for cars for sale in lebanon, New York, or some other small city close to a major airport. You then have a car to drive around and across the United States, for about the same price as an interior flight. The trouble often occurs when you don’t have the leisure of a long extended holiday or you aren’t able to drive. I have had some success looking at niche markets. Iceland Air is a good example. There is a large Northern European connection in Minnesota, and you can often get a great deal using them to get from London to Minneapolis. Like wise, it is a good idea to look at Iberia for flights in and out of Miami. Air India offers a great fare from London to Chicago, it is the continuation of a flight that originates in Mumbai, and I have found that it is like having a short break on the sub continent. You get brilliant food, Bollywood movies, and air hostesses in saris. The only down side is that in today’s climate, you may end up getting a higher level of immigration inspection in you fly an airline that is based outside of Europe. Its not exactly fair, but you are forewarned. When all else fails, do check out companies that book guided holidays, sometimes, they have extra seats that you can book at a reduced rate.
